Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in health-related field.
• Customer service skills: Attentive, empathetic, patient, and communicative.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication; team collaboration.
• Ability to identify and solve customer problems with focus on service.
• Capable of handling escalations calmly under pressure.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Multilingual: English, Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide health information and raise awareness of health risk factors.
• Arrange medical check-up appointments and processes for clinics.
• Coordinate with Nursing, Imaging, Laboratory, Sales & Marketing, Pharmacy, and Specialist clinics.
• Proactively consult on medical check-up services and customer needs.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, sales requests, and profile customers.

• To provide customers with health information and awareness of health risk factors.
• To arrange medical check-up appointments and processes for general and specialist clinic.
• To coordinate work processes with Nursing Department, Imaging Department, Laboratory Department, Sales & Marketing Department, Pharmacy, and Specialist clinics to ensure smooth flow of operation.
• Proactively provide consultation on medical check-up services and meet the needs of the customers.
• Responding politely and courteously to the buckets of customer inquiries, handling customers’ complaints, resolving service issues and sales requests, and profiling customers to identify their needs and new sales.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any field especially health-related field.
• Customer service skills – Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasion, immaculate telephone manners, and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication, enjoy working and collaborating with team members.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to identify and solve problems.
• Able to thrive under pressure, and have experience handling the most critical of customer escalations with calm and respect.
• Previous job experience in the Healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
• Multilingual (English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin) will be added advantage.
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients.
