Job summary

Lifecare Diagnostic Medical Centre in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Full-time nursing assistant to support doctors in elderly care. No prior experience is required as training is provided. You will assist with examinations, administer prescribed treatments, and help with routine patient checks.

The role involves shift work, caring for elderly patients, and coordinating with families to ensure safe, quality care in a Senior Living Care Unit.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Nursing is required.
• Must have LJM examination with valid Perakuan Pendaftaran & APC OR Retention of Name.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors in providing healthcare and support to elderly patients.
• Assist doctors with medical examinations and administer prescribed treatments.
• Help perform prescribed tests such as blood pressure, temperature, respiration, pulse, and blood sugar.
• Help conduct regular screenings and routine checks on patients.
• Understand patients’ medications and administer them as due.
• Educate patients’ families on care and safety.
• Maintain patient records including medical history, treatment plan and progress.

• Required skill (s) : SRM with at least 1 -2 years’ experience.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
