• Monitor and follow up on outstanding matters and investigate discrepancies.
• Support monitoring and reporting of service progress, variations, and reconciliation activities.
• Assist in ensuring service standards are met and support escalations within agreed timelines.
• Conduct data analysis and assist in data structuring to support decisions.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and dependencies efficiently.
• Perform any other duties and projects as assigned.
