Job summary

ResMed (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Manufacturing Engineer - Headgear to continuously improve our manufacturing operations and support new product introductions. You will lead process optimization, drive lean initiatives, ensure GMP/compliance, and collaborate with R&D, QA, and production to deliver safe, high‑quality headgear efficiently.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in Manufacturing/Process/Industrial Engineering.
Experience in regulated manufacturing environments is advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Drive and oversee manufacturing processes, including line layout, routing, validation, and lean initiatives.
Improve efficiency, productivity, and process capability to meet targets.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformances.
Support NPI, product transfers, and validation activities with cross-functional teams.
Develop and maintain process documentation and PFMEA.
Mentor technicians and promote continuous improvement.
