Job summary

Sushi Tei is seeking passionate Service Crew members in Malaysia to join our front-of-house team. You will interact with guests, take orders, and contribute to a memorable dining experience across Supervisors, Captains, and Servers roles.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience and a service-oriented mindset, with strong communication, time management, and cleanliness standards to uphold the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in serving or interacting with customers in a restaurant or café environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, especially during peak hours.
• Able to follow service protocols and operational procedures accurately.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a pleasant and memorable dining experience.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, offering menu recommendations when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints or issues with a positive attitude.
• Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Support promotional activities and upsell menu items when appropriate.

Requirements
