Sushi Tei Malaysia is seeking passionate Service Crew to join our team, including Supervisors, Captains and Servers. If you enjoy hospitality, Japanese cuisine, and guest experience, we’d love to meet you!

Walk-ins for interviews are welcome at any Sushi Tei outlet. We value service excellence, teamwork, and a friendly customer‑first approach, with opportunities for growth in a busy dining environment.

Qualifications

• Malaysian applicants only.
• Experience serving or interacting with customers in a restaurant or café.
• Strong communication and a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
• Excellent time management and multitasking during peak hours.
• Able to follow service protocols and procedures accurately.
• Commitment to high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and customer service.
• Basic understanding of POS systems and food safety is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly for a pleasant dining experience.
• Take orders accurately and offer menu recommendations.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and station organization.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
• Collaborate with kitchen/management to ensure smooth service flow.
• Support promotions and upsell menu items when appropriate.
