Job summary

Hong Leong Bank is seeking a Head of Wealth Planning to drive bancassurance growth for Private and Priority segments. Lead PVPB sales strategy, enable frontline advisers, and ensure governance and reporting across regions.

The role requires a seasoned leader with deep bancassurance experience, strong analytical skills, and proven stakeholder management to influence regional bank leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional financial/insurance certifications.

Responsibilities

• PVPB Sales Leadership & Segment Expansion: lead and support sales for PVPB, set bancassurance strategy, and pursue market opportunities.
• Frontline Sales Support & Capability Enablement: coach Bancassurance Advisors and uplift technical skills for high-value cases.
• Sales Governance, Tracking & Reporting: establish weekly tracking, provide data-driven insights, and monitor persistency/reporting.
