Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen
• Minimum Diploma in Finance or another related field
• Certified CFP holders are an added advantage
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in a financial institution
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Keeps abreast with the latest products, trends and benefits

Responsibilities

• Work with Area Managers and Relationship Managers to identify potential customers
• Meet with clients and follow up after appointments
• Provide specialized financial guidance to Relationship Managers
• Complete financial needs analyses
• Review policies and identify insurance gaps
• Assess clients’ portfolios and risk appetite
• Organize Banca events weekly
