Job summary

Businesslist in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Head of Technology (Digital Transformation) to drive technology strategies aligned with digital goals across the organization. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage strategic projects, and ensure governance and security in a fast-growing environment.

The role requires strong background in IT/Tech with warehousing and supply chain tech, plus Mandarin language capability to support China operations and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong background in technology management within IT, Technology, Digital Transformation, Supply Chain Technology or Warehouse Management system (WMS).
• Proven experience leading digital or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of technology supporting warehouse, inventory, supply chain or logistics operations.
• Demonstrated ability to take a transformation programme from strategy and solution evaluation through implementation and adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to work directly with senior business leaders.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to build and develop an internal technology capability.
• Comfortable operating in a hands-on, entrepreneurial and fast-growing environment.
• Mandarin language capability to effectively support China operations and business partnerships

• Annual salary ranging from MYR 270,000 to MYR 330,000.
