Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant B2B / technical sales experience.
• 2–3+ years in sales leadership / management preferred.
• Proven sales target achievement and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Team and coach performance.
• Shape the Sales Strategy and market approach.
• Own market expansion and new business opportunities.
• Lead key accounts including contractors, consultants and agencies.
• Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
