Job summary

EDOTCO Group is seeking a Senior Sustainability Lead to drive the Group's sustainability strategy and ensure alignment across all pillars and operating countries. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage Integrated Reporting, and oversee the Environmental Management System (EMS) in line with ISO 14001, providing governance, data collection, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, law, engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years in sustainability management plus another 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the telco industry is a plus.
• Strong understanding of ESG integration, risk management, sustainability reporting and data collection.
• Leadership and project management experience.
• Up-to-date knowledge of sustainability trends and reporting frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide Group direction and lead all sustainability matters for EDOTCO Group.
• Develop cohesive sustainability strategy across the Group and ensure execution and continuous improvement.
• Keep Senior Management, ESG SteerCo and Board informed of sustainability matters.
• Ensure compliance with global sustainability frameworks and listing requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead EMS implementation and ISO 14001 governance across functions.
• Lead development and publication of the Group's Sustainability Report and Integrated Report.
• Secretariat for quarterly SteerCo.
• Drive awareness and capacity-building on sustainability and integrated reporting.
• Act as main liaison with Axiata for strategy alignment.
