Job summary

ECADIN is seeking a Sustainability & ESG Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day data management and ISO documentation to support sustainability reporting and audit readiness. The role includes coordinating emissions calculations, water usage, and waste/recycling activities across HQ, warehouses, and projects.

You will support internal audits, management reviews, and engagement with external certification bodies, while helping rollout updated standards and staff awareness programs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in sustainability, ESG operations or environmental data management.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 an advantage.
• Background in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Social Science or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sustainability data and ISO documentation to support ESG reporting and audits.
• Calculate and consolidate carbon emissions (Scope 1, 2, 3) and monitor water usage across sites.
• Coordinate waste management and recycling data, and liaise with partners for end-of-life solar panels.
• Support internal audits, management reviews and external certification processes.
