Job summary

ECADIN is seeking an ESG Manager to coordinate our sustainability roadmap, streamline operations, and drive meaningful change across the group. This role acts as the operational engine behind our corporate sustainability journey, guiding us toward global excellence.

The position requires 5–8 years in risk, CSR, or sustainability, with strong data and reporting capabilities and knowledge of Bursa Malaysia requirements. Certifications such as GRI, ISO 14001, LEED, WELL, PMP are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in risk management, CSR or sustainability.
• Strong sustainability frameworks knowledge and reporting practice.
• Familiarity with Bursa Malaysia requirements for risk and sustainability.
• Professional certifications such as GRI, ISO 14001, LEED, WELL, PMP are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ESG roadmap and KPIs across the group.
• Advise on ESG trends, regulatory shifts, and best practices.
• Lead employee engagement programs and sustainability training.
• Oversee data collection and management for Sustainability Statement.
• Support audits across supplier network to ensure standards compliance.
