Job summary

EcoCeres seeks a Sustainability Officer to support ESG initiatives, ISCC compliance, and certification activities. You will manage documentation, verify data and traceability, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to meet regulatory requirements and customer expectations.

The role involves contributing to ESG reporting, KPI tracking, CSR activities, and governance initiatives, with potential for multiple duties based on the organization’s role matrix.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent in Environmental Management, Sustainability, Engineering, Science, ESG, HSSE.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in sustainability, ESG, ISCC compliance, or related fields.
• Experience in palm oil refinery, biofuel, oleochemical, manufacturing, or chemical industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of sustainability certifications, ESG concepts, and traceability systems.

Responsibilities

• Support ISCC, ESG, sustainability traceability, and compliance requirements.
• Verify Sustainability Declaration documents prior to processing and payment release.
• Assist in ESG data collection, consolidation, monitoring, and reporting activities.
• Prepare and maintain sustainability certification documentation and records.
• Support internal and external sustainability audits and audit preparation.
• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers for sustainability documentation and traceability.
• Support governance implementation and CSR activities.
