Qualifications

Position Overview

Lead the engineering organisation by defining technology strategy and overseeing the development of scalable, secure and reliable digital products.
Drive business growth and operational excellence by aligning engineering capabilities with product, customer and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience scaling or transforming engineering organisations in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in consumer technology, e-commerce, marketplaces, fin tech or other high-scale digital businesses is advantageous.
