Job summary

Confidential in Kuala Lumpur seeks a senior finance leader to design and operate a centralised Shared Service Centre. The role covers team design, recruitment, governance, process standardisation and cross‑functional collaboration with Group and BU Finance.

You will lead ERP transformation, data cleansing and migration, and establish KPI dashboards to monitor performance, driving standardisation across P2P, O2C and R2R while building a high‑calibre SSC team.

Qualifications

15+ years of finance experience with 8–10 years in SSC/transformation leadership
Proven track record in setting up or scaling finance SSC
Strong process design and optimisation across AP, AR, GL, Reporting

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SSC setup in Kuala Lumpur, incl. team design, recruitment, process transition and governance
Collaborate with Group and BU Finance for centralisation and smooth migration
Develop standardised finance processes, policies and controls across P2P, O2C, R2R, statutory reporting and audits
Establish KPIs, SLAs and dashboards to monitor service quality and efficiency
Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation, automation and system utilisation
Site manager for KL office and budget management for SSC
Define target operating model and roadmap for finance centralisation and standardisation
Oversee ERP transformation as finance process lead and data migration from legacy systems
