Job summary

SleekFlow seeks a Lead QA Automation Engineer to own testing strategy across our product ecosystem. You will architect automated testing platforms, mentor an 8-person QA squad, and ensure release readiness with a strong gatekeeping stance.

You will balance speed-to-market with stability, harness AI-driven QA workflows, and collaborate directly with the CTO and CEO to align quality with business goals.

Qualifications

• Executive readiness to report to founders/leadership with composure under pressure.
• Hands-on ownership of test automation architecture and platform health.
• Experience testing AI-native features and non-deterministic outputs.
• Ability to drive quality culture in a fast-moving startup.

Responsibilities

• Direct Founder & Executive Reporting: report on platform health, deployment risks, and quality metrics with total autonomy.
• Firm Quality Gatekeeping & Pushback: act as the ultimate authority on release readiness and challenge teams when needed.
• Player-Coach Leadership: supervise and elevate the 8-person QA squad, conduct code reviews and set standards.
• Test Platform Architecture: build and scale automated testing frameworks (Unit, Integration, E2E) from scratch.
• AI SaaS & Non-Deterministic Testing: lead AI-assisted QA workflows and test AI capabilities.
