Samsung Electronics America's Online Campaign Marketing team in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Executive to drive paid media operations and optimize the customer journey on eStore and marketplaces. This role is full-time and on-site, focusing on campaign execution and performance improvements.

You will coordinate campaigns, manage store layouts, work with external partners, and apply data-driven insights to improve visibility and results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Preferably 2-4 years’ experience in e-commerce or digital campaign management.
• Experience with Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop is highly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate end-to-end online campaigns across EPP and marketplaces, including online mega campaigns and key product launches.
• Manage EPP and marketplaces online store layouts, ensuring campaign visibility and organized customer journey.
• Coordinate campaign banners, EDMs, PDP/SKU updates and promotional assets from briefing through deployment.
• Ensure all visuals and banners comply with brand guidelines and requirements.
• Apply creative thinking and performance insights to refine banners, messaging and online visibility.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, TikTok content creators and affiliates on campaigns.
• Review content creator/affiliate postings for accuracy, messaging and brand compliance.
• Support TikTok affiliate marketing, including campaign briefing, commission mechanics, agency coordination and sales contribution.
• Maintain campaign trackers and timely deliverable updates; flag risks and delays.
• Coordinate product samples, charge-out, delivery and tracking for marketing activities.
• Maintain organized campaign documentation, assets, trackers and shared folders.
• Support new online marketing initiatives and ad-hoc projects as required.
