About the Role

We are representing a fast-growing financial services organization seeking a Head of Technology. This is a high-impact executive role, accountable for the strategic uplift of core technology platforms, delivery excellence, and operational resilience across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional technology teams covering engineering, cyber security, analytics, and operations.
• Drive modernization programs, digital enablement initiatives, and regulatory compliance alignment.
• Oversee technology platforms to ensure scalability, efficiency, and security.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and external vendors to deliver strategic business outcomes.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team with strong governance and delivery standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record in executive technology leadership roles, ideally in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
• Expertise in cybersecurity, enterprise platforms, digital transformation, and data/analytics.
• Strong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience with AI adoption, automation, ITIL, ITSM tools, and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including board-level engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (postgraduate qualifications an advantage).
