KAF Digital Bank seeks a Head of Business Development and Proposition to drive growth across Retail and Corporate segments. You will craft the customer value proposition, lead cross-functional partnership strategy, and steer initiatives from origination to revenue realization.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to optimize customer acquisition, activation, and retention while ensuring regulatory and Shariah compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in business development, corporate partnerships, or enterprise sales.
• 4+ years in a fast-paced leadership role managing cross-functional growth teams.
• Experience in digital bank, fintech startup, neo-banking platform, or payments network preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Aufgaben

• Steer end-to-end deal origination and secure high-value commercial agreements.
• Lead creation, authorization, and negotiation of commercial and partnership frameworks.
• Lead and develop the team, setting priorities and allocating resources across initiatives.
• Ensure risk, regulatory adherence (BNM) and Shariah compliance across partnerships.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and other stakeholders on GTM strategies and campaigns.
• Deliver governance-ready reports to boards and executive summaries.
• Translate customer and partner data into actionable business requirements.
