To lead the Group Procurement function through the development and implementation of strategic sourcing, procurement, contracting, and supply management strategies to ensure optimum value for the organization. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements while also leading Facilities Management and Administration functions, including office administration, building maintenance, and workplace safety management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Procurement Management
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and operational efficiency.
- Manage supplier sourcing, evaluation, contract negotiation, and vendor performance.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage procurement risks, contracts, supplier relationships, and supply chain effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement and compliance within procurement operations.
2. Facilities Management & Administration
- Oversee day-to-day office administration operations.
- Manage facilities maintenance and vendor services.
- Coordinate office and branch renovation projects.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety and workplace safety requirements.
3. Policy & Regulatory Compliance
- Review and update Procurement Policies and Procedures annually.
- Ensure procurement practices comply with applicable regulations and internal governance requirements.
- Prepare and update the Group's annual outsourcing plan for management and Board reporting.
- Drive operational expenditure (OPEX) reduction initiatives.
- Conduct annual pricing and contract reviews.
5. Project Management
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Monitor project execution and resource utilization.
6. Office Health & Safety
- Ensure timely renewal of all licenses, certificates, permits, and statutory approvals.
