Private Advertiser is seeking a dynamic Head of Department in our finance unit to oversee NAV calculations, monthly fund accounts and cash management. This role requires leading a team, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulator guidelines, and driving financial performance across funds.

The ideal candidate holds an accounting degree with a professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/MICPA/CIMA), plus strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily NAV calculations for unit trust funds and monthly fund accounts.
• Ensure financial statements and fund reports comply with accounting standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage budgets, cash flow projections and optimize returns on surplus cash.
• Oversee tax matters for the company and funds and strengthen internal controls.
• Lead department workflows and liaise with auditors, tax agents and regulators.
