Job summary

HYRED is seeking a Head of Finance to oversee financial operations across multiple countries, driving strategic decision‑making and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and reporting, build internal controls, and develop financing strategies to support growth while mentoring the finance team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and taxation laws.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel.

  • Delegate tasks effectively and manage workload to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

About the Role:
