Job summary

ENOVIX Corporation seeks a Facilities Director for its Penang plant. The role oversees operations, maintenance, space planning, and civil/mechanical/electrical systems to support manufacturing.

You will lead a team of senior engineers and technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant facility operations. The ideal candidate holds a BS in Electrical/Mechanical engineering, plus a Master’s in Business or Facilities Management, with 10+ years in large manufacturing or cleanroom environments

Qualifications

• BS Engineering Degree in Electrical or Mechanical; Master’s in Business or Facilities Management preferred.
• Minimum 10 years experience in facilities in large manufacturing or cleanroom environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage subcon facilities team.
• Manage building systems (MEP, fire/life safety, plumbing, wastewater, cleanrooms).
• Control budget and manage contracts for startup projects.
• Space planning and utility systems capacity for manufacturing.
• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Drive cost effectiveness in facilities maintenance.
• Lead continuous improvement projects.
• Lead Facilities Senior Engineers, Engineers, Technicians.
