Job summary

Enovix Corporation seeks a seasoned Facilities Director for its Penang plant. You will plan, organize, control, and manage site facilities, including operations, maintenance, and space planning for electrical and mechanical systems, cleanrooms, and manufacturing areas.

The role requires a BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, a Master's in Business or Facilities Management, and at least 10 years of leadership experience in large manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering Degree, Electrical or Mechanical, preferably with a Master's Degree in Business or Facilities Management.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in cleanroom environments and large manufacturing setups.
• Excellent leadership, communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage subcontracted facilities teams.
• Oversee the functioning of all building systems including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, plumbing, and wastewater systems management, cleanrooms, manufacturing areas, office spaces & etc.
• Control, monitor, and approve budgets and contract services for startup projects.
• Space planning and layout and utility systems capacity to support manufacturing requirements.
• Develop and manage preventive and predictive facilities maintenance programs.
• Drive for cost effectiveness for maintenance of facilities equipment and systems.
• Drive and participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Leading a team consists of Facilities Senior Engineers, Engineers, Technicians.
