Job summary

Agro Snow Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager – Engineering to lead the Engineering & Maintenance function at our food manufacturing facility. The role focuses on mechanical, electrical and automation systems, utilities, boiler, water treatment and wastewater management to ensure high equipment reliability and food safety.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level engineering degree in a relevant field and hands-on engineering/maintenance experience in food manufacturing.
Minimum 10 years of engineering and maintenance experience in manufacturing.
3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory position.

Responsibilities

Lead the Engineering & Maintenance Department across mechanical, electrical, automation and utilities.
Develop and manage preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programmes.
Ensure high equipment reliability, plant availability and compliance with GMP/HACCP.
Oversee plant commissioning, start-up and ongoing production support.
Manage CMMS, schedules, and maintenance history.
