Job summary

Maxis in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a strategic Head of Employee Experience & Branding to elevate the end-to-end employee journey from onboarding to offboarding and to shape the company’s reputation as a preferred employer.

You will lead employer branding, oversee administrative services, and partner with HR, Marketing, Finance and IT to drive data-driven improvements, optimize budgets, and build strong cross-functional teams.

The Head of Employee Experience & Brandingis responsible for strategically enhancing the entire employee journey and shaping the organization's reputation as a preferred employer. Additionally, this role oversees crucial administrative services like travel, cafeteria, and reception, ensuring efficient and high-quality support.

What You Will Do

• Develop & Drive Employee Experience Strategy: Design, implement, and continuously refine a holistic employee experience strategy across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, leveraging data to identify touchpoints and enhance engagement, satisfaction, and productivity.
• Lead Employer Branding & EVP: Define and champion the company's Employer Value Proposition (EVP), leading the development and execution of compelling employer branding initiatives across various internal and external channels to attract and secure top talent.
• Oversee Administrative Services: Strategically manage and optimize crucial administrative services, including the travel desk, cafeteria operations, stationery management, and receptionist functions, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality support for all employees.
• Data-Driven Insights & Improvement: Utilize employee feedback, engagement surveys, and operational data to analyze trends, identify areas for improvement across all three pillars, and recommend actionable solutions to enhance the overall employee experience and administrative efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership: Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with HR, Marketing, Finance, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategies. Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports and cross-functional teams.
• Budget Management & Vendor Relations: Manage budgets effectively for all employee experience, branding, and administrative services, while overseeing vendor relationships to ensure optimal service delivery and value for money.
