Job summary

Page Executive is guiding a leading SEA ecommerce technology group in search of a Head of Data and Analytics. You will own the end-to-end data, analytics, and AI strategy, building platforms that move from reporting to autonomous optimization.

You will partner with Product, Engineering and Business teams to embed intelligence into every workflow. The role leads a modern data stack, ML/GenAI initiatives, and self-serve analytics, driving measurable business impact and cross-country implementation

Qualifications

Strong educational background in data science, computer science, or related field.
Proven experience in leading data and analytics teams.
Expertise in data analysis, data modelling, and machine learning techniques.
Strong knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
Proficiency in data visualization tools and analytics software.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate insights effectively.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on business objectives.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the roadmap for an AI-native data platform aligned with product and business strategy.
Evolve dashboarding to proactive insights and autonomous intelligence systems.
Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities in ML, GenAI, and agentic workflows in ecommerce, marketing, and social commerce.
Drive adoption of AI-powered self-serve analytics and copilots across business teams.
