Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years in application management, IT project delivery, or systems implementation.
• 1–2 years in a system leadership or project management role.
• Proven track record with core financial, lending, collections, or enterprise apps.
• Strong vendor governance, SDLC, UAT, and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end performance, stability, and security for business applications.
• Drive modernization of core financial platforms to support growth.
• Collaborate with Digital Transformation Team to integrate AI, analytics, and automation.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs and govern delivery from UAT to go-live.
• Govern data quality and integration between core systems and reporting platforms.
