Vantris Energy Berhad in Malaysia seeks an experienced Manager, Coating to lead the Coating function within the Welding, Coating & Inspection (WCI) Department. The role directs coating activities across offshore pipelines and structures to ensure safe, efficient, and high-performing operations.

The successful candidate will drive coating planning, technical solutions, resource capability and execution performance, coordinating with project teams, clients, subcontractors and vendors.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• International coating inspection qualifications (NACE, AMPP, FROSIO, BGAS or CSWIP) are advantageous.
• Membership in relevant international professional bodies is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Lead the overall direction and performance of the Coating function within WCI.
• Establish and develop the coating function in line with operational and project requirements.
• Manage coating workload planning and resource allocation across projects.
• Develop the core Coating team and ensure sufficient qualified resources are available to support project execution.
• Establish, monitor and drive functional KPIs and performance improvement initiatives.
