Job summary

TotalEnergies Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a senior leader to manage all T&I scopes from engineering to decommissioning. The role acts as the key interface with PETRONAS regulators and internal onshore/offshore teams to deliver safe, compliant, and efficient T&I operations.

The candidate will guide offshore pipelay and structural installation, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and drive continuous improvement across execution strategies, with a focus on safety and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Extensive leadership and program management experience in offshore construction.
• Proven track record delivering large offshore T&I projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead offshore Transportation & Installation (T&I) and related activities to meet safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including regulators to ensure compliance.
• Mentor and develop project teams in offshore construction practices and HSE leadership.
• Drive execution strategies for pipelay, heavy lift, and hook-up activities across projects.
