Job summary

Vantris Energy Berhad is seeking an experienced Manager, Coating to lead the coating function within the Welding, Coating & Inspection (WCI) Department in Malaysia. You will drive coating planning, provide technical solutions and manage resources across EPCI and T&I projects, including deepwater, CRA and sour-service applications.

You will coordinate with project teams, clients, subcontractors and vendors to ensure safe, cost-effective execution while monitoring KPIs and driving

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials or Metallurgical Engineering.
International coating inspection qualifications such as NACE/AMPP/FROSIO/BGAS or CSWIP will be an added advantage.
Membership in relevant international professional bodies will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

Lead the Coating function within WCI and drive performance.
Develop and align coating activities with project requirements.
Plan workloads and allocate resources across projects.
Support bidding with technical reviews and cost validation.
Ensure QHSE compliance and continuous improvement
