Job summary

CelcomDigi Bhd, Malaysia's leading telco operator, invites applications for the Unit Head, B2C Governance Processes. Based at CelcomDigi Tower, Petaling Jaya, you will own end-to-end contract governance, legal coordination, vendor onboarding, and procurement activities to ensure compliance, risk management, and efficiency across the Consumer Business unit.

You will liaise between Business Users and Legal Counsel, maintain governance records, support onboarding due diligence, and drive process

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of experience in governance or related roles.
• Familiarity with basic legal, procurement or financial principles.
• Pro-active and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of legal agreements, including review, governance, risk identification and mitigation.
• Serve as liaison between Business Users and Legal Counsel to facilitate contract negotiations, reviews, and approvals.
• Maintain contract repositories, governance records, and legal documentation databases.
• Support partner and vendor onboarding activities, including due diligence and compliance reviews.
• Govern end-to-end procurement activities, including RFX, quotation evaluation, and vendor selection.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline legal, contracting, and sourcing processes.
• Work with stakeholders to identify information requirements aligned with business needs.
• Demonstrate teamwork and strong communication across functions.
