Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking a senior analytics and assurance professional to lead the development and delivery of reusable analytical products, assurance intelligence, and reporting capabilities. You will partner with stakeholders across FLCT, 2LA and GIA to drive data-driven assurance outcomes and governance of analytical assets.

Qualifications

• Strong business acumen with experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence and assurance-related analytical capabilities.
• Experience developing and operationalising business intelligence, visualisation and analytics solutions.
• Experience in optimising processes, including via the use of technology.
• Experience driving adoption of analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to lead matrixed teams.
• Strategic vision for the function.
• Excellent communicator and ability to explain complex risk terms in business language.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of reusable analytics products, assurance intelligence and reporting services.
• Provide high-quality analytical insights to support assurance planning and decision-making.
• Drive adoption of analytics across FLCT, 2LA and GIA.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure analytics align with assurance priorities and emerging risks.
• Develop and oversee governance of analytics methodologies and outputs.
• Foster strong partnerships across Assurance, FLCT and GIA.
