PERSOL Malaysia is seeking a highly experienced SEO Leader to drive international growth across markets. You will diagnose complex SEO problems, develop growth strategies, and work closely with developers and external agencies to increase organic visibility, traffic, registrations and revenue.

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Proven track record growing organic traffic and revenue.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge and understanding of Google ranking systems.
• Experience with technically complex websites.
• Excellent collaboration with developers and external agencies.
• Experience with international SEO across markets.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to grow organic traffic, visibility, registrations and revenue across international markets.
• Identify high-impact search opportunities and prioritise initiatives based on commercial potential.
• Own the technical SEO health of the website, including crawlability, indexation, canonicals, redirects, sitemaps, hreflang, site architecture, Schema and Core Web Vitals.
• Work with developers and external agencies to prioritise, implement and QA technical improvements.
• Diagnose and resolve SEO issues that negatively impact rankings and organic performance.
• Develop keyword strategies, search-intent mapping and keyword-to-URL architecture.
• Lead content strategy, topical authority and content optimisation across priority markets.
• Develop strategies for link acquisition, digital PR and authority building.
• Analyse competitors' rankings, content, backlinks and SEO strategies to identify opportunities to outperform them.
• Track SEO performance against organic traffic, rankings, registrations, conversions and revenue.
