Job summary

SEOULMATE is a restaurant business operating two outlets with centralized kitchen support, seeking a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor/Manager to run daily outlet operations.

You will train crew, plan rosters, manage stock orders with the central kitchen, ensure hygiene, handle cash and reports, and supervise POS and GrabFood orders. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required.

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia with good spoken English and own transport preferred to support multi-site operations in Sabah.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisor/assistant manager role in a restaurant or F&B.
• Fluent Bahasa Malaysia with good spoken English.
• Food handler certification and typhoid jab a plus.
• Comfortable using POS, inventory apps and GrabFood orders.
• Own transport preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train crew and plan shift rosters
• Handle customer complaints calmly
• Place stock orders with central kitchen on time and follow up to ensure the outlet never runs short
• Keep hygiene and food safety standards high
• Manage cash handling, closing and daily sales reports
• Work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Manage POS, inventory apps and GrabFood orders
