Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to perform in-process and final product inspections, ensuring compliance with specifications and ISO 9001 standards. You will document results and support continuous improvement initiatives with hands-on testing and thorough recording.

The role emphasizes meticulous inspection, accurate reporting, and adherence to quality procedures within a manufacturing environment in Selangor.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Quality Management / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Detailed, organized and good time management
At least 2-3 years of experience in QA/QC.
Familiarity with ISO:9001 (Quality Management System) requirements.
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document inspection results.

Responsibilities

Carry out quality inspection on incoming, in-process and finished products to ensure conformance to specifications.
Coordinate production in-progress inspections with the production team.
Manage filling for all ISO & QA/QC documentation and ensure timely submission.
Perform inspection and testing of products when required.
Report and file daily QC reports and documentation.
Focus on hands-on inspection, rejects testing and functional testing.
