Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform daily inspections according to work instructions and procedures, ensuring products meet quality standards at all times. You will document quality issues with QA Supervisors and production PICs, complete NCRs for defects, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

You will follow ISO, GMP, HACCP, and safety policies within the plant, record sample data, manage retain samples, and assist with scheduling changes or additional quality

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspection according to work instruction and procedures provided
• Communicate quality problems with QA Supervisor & production P.I.C
• Complete Non-Conformance Report (NCR) for defective products and material
• Participate and support continues improvement objectives of the department
• To follow ISO, GMP, HACCP, Personnel & Safety policies within the plant
• To record the data of sample checked into Sample Checking form
• Responsible on the retain sample collection compilation by job of the day
• To follow superior arrangement and assignment on quality task if got changes on manpower
• Willing to work extended hours as and when assigned due to changes of production schedule
• Carry out other duties that may be assigned by superior when necessary
