Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, retail, or supply chain; MBA preferred.
• 12–15 years in multi-outlet retail operations.
• Experience with C&B, recruitment and people development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all stores, logistics, inventory, and support.
• Lead store network expansion and optimize operations.
• Develop and enforce SOPs; drive cost control and efficiency.
• Lead manpower planning and people development; manage compensation & benefits.
• Manage supply chain, procurement, inventory accuracy, and wastage control.
• Ensure maintenance and store support; cooperate with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor KPIs and drive data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, HR, IT; represent operations in strategic meetings.
