Qualifications

• Strong practical cooking skills.
• Experience in factory cafeterias, hotels, central kitchens, catering or large-scale food production.

• Understands large-volume food preparation and serving deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality meals for 300–400 people per serving
• Handle large-volume cooking efficiently and consistently
• Work closely with a kitchen team of 20–35 employees
• Maintain excellent food quality, taste and presentation
• Follow strict hygiene, food-safety and cleaning procedures
• Work confidently in a Halal-certified kitchen
• Control food portions, minimise wastage and ensure sufficient food
• Follow kitchen SOPs and professional workplace standards
