Job summary

Attic Group Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Halal Certification Manager to oversee Halal certification and related documentation, ensuring all ingredients, products, suppliers and food handling processes comply with Halal requirements.

You will monitor Halal status, coordinate with suppliers and authorities, conduct internal checks and audits, and prepare reports for management while training staff on Halal compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Halal-related field.
• Familiar with Halal certification requirements.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Halal certification and related documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain Halal certificates and supporting documents.
• Conduct regular internal Halal checks and inspections.
• Assist in audits, inspections and certification renewals.
• Prepare reports and documentation for Management.
