Job summary

Hyatt Centric City Centre Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Operator - Guest Service Center to join the Front Office team. You will deliver courteous, efficient service at the hotel reception and contribute to a smooth operation in the Rooms Division.

The role is hourly/entry level and full-time, located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Malaysian citizens or permanent residents are preferred due to government permit rules.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience hotel operations.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Due to the Malaysian government work permit restrictions, only Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident of Malaysia will be considered.
