Job summary

Aloft Hotels Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated Loss Prevention & Security professional to patrol the property, assist guests with room access, and monitor CCTV and life-safety systems.

You will respond to accidents, coordinate with EMS when needed, complete incident reports, and protect guests and staff while maintaining confidentiality of security information. This role focuses on safety and orderly operations at No. 5 Jalan Stesen Sentral, Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No related work experience.
• No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None.

Responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property and assist guests with room access.
• Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarms, duress alarms, and fire life safety systems; respond to incidents.
• Complete incident reports and maintain confidentiality of security documents.
