Job summary

Renaissance Johor Bahru Hotel seeks a dedicated Housekeeping Liaison to inspect guest rooms, public areas, and pool after cleaning, ensuring adherence to quality standards. You will run room reports, verify statuses, and identify discrepancies, prioritizing cleaning needs and updating departing room statuses.

You will assist Housekeeping management in daily activities and act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.

Qualifications

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
• Maintain clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool after cleaning to ensure quality standards.
• Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms.
• Prioritize room cleaning and update status of departing guest rooms.
• Assist Housekeeping management in daily activities and liaison with other departments.
• Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with Front Desk.
• Prepare and communicate changes in room assignments.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating and coaching employees.
