Job summary

Renaissance Johor Bahru Hotel seeks a dedicated Housekeeping Liaison to inspect guest rooms, public areas, and pool after cleaning, ensuring adherence to quality standards. You will run room reports, verify statuses, and identify discrepancies, prioritizing cleaning needs and updating departing room statuses.

You will assist Housekeeping management in daily activities and act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.

Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms. Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities and act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.

Key responsibilities

Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments

Communicate issues to next shift

Complete required paperwork

Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees
