• Strong customer service skills, with a focus on creating welcoming experiences and resolving guest concerns effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently and respectfully with diverse guests and colleagues.
• Previous experience in front office, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Comfort with hotel management systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
