Job summary

Hyatt House Kuala Lumpur, Mont Kiara is seeking a Duty Manager to lead front desk guest relations, food and beverage service, and daily guest experiences. You will act as Manager on Duty when senior managers are absent and ensure Hyatt's brand promise through exceptional service.

The role offers an intensive training path, mentoring, and opportunities to participate in leadership programs while delivering memorable hospitality to guests in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel / Tourism Management or related field.
• Experience in hotels, restaurants, or large establishments is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English; local language may be required.
• Attention to detail and strong work attitude.
• Values teamwork and can motivate team members to achieve goals.
• Provides daily supervision and leadership to House Hosts.
• Acts as Manager on Duty in absence of Hotel Managers.
• Delivers brand promise and exceptional guest service at all times.

Responsibilities

• Supervise House Hosts and coordinate front office guest relations, F&B service, and guest services.
• Brief daily on guest arrivals, feedback, and service targets.
• Address guest inquiries courteously and ensure issues are resolved.
