Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out using the PMS, and coordinate with Concierge and Housekeeping to fulfill requests. The role involves promoting hotel services to enhance guest experience and supporting Reservations and Telephone Operator teams.

Proficiency in Mandarin is required, with basic English, and good computer skills. Prior hospitality experience is a plus in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Mandarin (able to use as working language) and basic English.
• Proficient in basic office software and general computer operation.
• Prior relevant experience in the same industry is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a genuine smile and attentive service upon arrival and bid farewell courteously.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Housekeeping, and relevant departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Promote and upsell rooms, hotel facilities, and services to maximize guest experience and revenue.
• Support Reservations, Telephone Operator, and Guest Services functions as required.
• Handle check-in and check-out using the PMS in accordance with Front Office SOPs.
• Allocate daily room assignments based on guest preferences and operational needs.
• Follow up on guest traces and hand over pending matters at shift handovers.
• Perform cashiering tasks: process payments, issue receipts, and maintain cash float.
• Post charges, reconcile daily transactions, and ensure timely e-invoicing.
