Qualifications

• Experience in a guest-facing role, preferably in hospitality or customer service.
• Excellent communication with guests and colleagues.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with computer systems and hotel management software, or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and process check-ins efficiently and accurately.
• Manage guest inquiries and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle telephone and email communications professionally.
• Provide information on hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Process checkouts and secure payments.
• Maintain a welcoming front office area and assist with admin tasks.
• Assist with guest complaints and escalate when needed.
