Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in a hospitality Front of House / F&B role in corporate, hotel, or similar environment.
• Strong customer service mindset with professional, discreet, and welcoming demeanor.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Host the main reception area and ensure a warm, professional welcome for visitors.
• Assist with wayfinding, signposting, and directing guests to meeting rooms.
• Coordinate room bookings and maintain lobby areas in a clean, presentable state.
• Provide information and concierge-like support, liaising with hosts, security and other teams.
• Assist with F&B duties, including serving beverages and snacks where required.
